Ultra Filtration

The Ultrafiltration (UF) System operates on pressure difference on both sides of the membrane as a driving force, based on the principle of mechanical separation. The operating pressure is typically between 0.2 MPa – 0.6 Mpa, with a pore size < 0.1 µm. The Ultrafiltration (UF) System is ideal for seperation and purification of suspended matters from liquids. It is appropriate for separation of heat-sensitive fluids, can operate at temperatures up to 60 ⁰C, and under a wide range of pH 2 – 11 for long term operation. The Ultrafiltration (UF) System is an important step in the water treatment process in many industries such as portable drinking water treatment, water recycling, food and beverage, power generation, desalination, oil and gas, and petro-chemical sectors.

Ion-Exchange Mixed Bed (MB) System

The Mixed Bed (MB) System can be designed as single column bed or double column bed configuration. Double column bed configuration can operate in parallel, with one column in active operation and the other in standby mode (without impacting continuous operation). The column beds can also be designed to operate in series to achieve higher product water purity. Acid and alkali chemicals for system regeneration is pre-calculated and directly injected into the feed water line, thereby avoiding the need for separate dosing pumps and chemical blending tanks.
